God Of War Ragnarok Muspelheim Seeds Locations

Muspelheim, the home of Fire Giants, is one of the nine realms in God of War: Ragnarok. In the previous installment of the game, you had to put together pieces of cipher in order to access this realm. However, that is no longer the case because you will need Muspelheim seeds in God of War Ragnarok to get access to this realm.

Once you have the seeds in hand, you can travel to The Crucible in Muspelheim and experience one of the best combats in the game by taking on the trials placed by Surtr. As a result of them, you will earn different rewards that will help you in crafting the exclusive Muspelheim armor.

Muspelheim Seed: Location 1

You will be able to get the first seed pretty easily and early on in the game. In addition to that, you will not have to go out of your way to get this seed as you will come across it during the “In The Service Of Asgard” favor.

In this side quest, you will be tasked with shutting down three mining rigs. One of these rigs is known as Modvitnir’s rig and is located in the southwestern area of the Bay of Bounty or, to be more precise, to the west of The Watchtower.

Once you are there, climb up the rig, and you will find a gate that will block you from moving any further. In order to lower the gate shown below, just throw your axe at the golden spinning lever. Now, move further and make your way to the top by climbing up the wooden planks.

There, you will find a legendary chest that contains the first half of the Muspelheim seeds in God of War Ragnarok.

Getting the first seed is the easy part. Things become a bit tricky when it comes to getting the second half of the seed. It is because it will require a specific tool. If you do not want to spoil what this tool is for yourself, do not read any further.

Muspelheim Seed: Location 2

If you are still here, the tool that you will need to get the second half of the Muspelheim seed is the Draupnir spear. It is a close and mid-range spear that is unlocked during the Forging Destiny quest. However, what is important for us is the fact that it allows you to make a path where the gusty wind spots are.

Anyways, soon after you get the Draupnir Spear for yourself, you get another side quest called the “spirit of the rebellion.” You will need to go to Dragon Beach to complete it. There, you will find this massive wooden structure shown in the picture below.

Climb the golden chain, and once on the platform above, you will see the wind coming out of a spot. This is where your Draupnir spear comes into play. Throw it at the wind spot, and now you will be able to climb up on it.

From there, take a left and jump across the gap. Then take a left, head straight, and then turn left again. Eventually, you will reach a cave-like area that has some ogres in it.

After taking care of them, pick up the nearby fire bomb and throw it at the debris shown below. This will reveal the legendary chest that contains the second half of the Muspelheim seeds in God of War Ragnarok.

Open the chest, and viola, you will have what you came looking for.
