You meet up with Sebastian, and he takes you to Ominis. First, you must open Slytherin’s door by igniting three braziers. Then repair a pile of rubble that forms a relief for a person after being fixed. This will allow you to progress further.
After that, you’ll need to navigate a maze set by Salazar Slytherin. After progressing through the labyrinth, you’ll reach a door requiring you to learn the Cruciatus curse from Sebastian to open it.

Talking to Sebastian will reveal that he has spotted several Ranrok’s Loyalists making their way to a cavern from the coast. You’ll need to travel up the switchbacks to progress further. After this is done, keep climbing up the mountain.
Once you reach the marker, you must search for Runes in the area. Eventually, you’ll find the Rune Door and have to unlock it. The next stage of this quest will be to search for another triptych canvas.
Open the Rune Door again and investigate the chamber within. You’ll find the magic passageway that’ll take you back to the Undercroft. To complete the quest, place the canvas you found on the triptych and exchange dialogue with Sebastian.

If you choose not to turn Sebastian in, you’ll start the quest by meeting him. He’ll learn the truth about Rookwood, who cursed his sister and not Ranrok’s Loyalists. Once this is done, he’ll want to talk with Anne and says he’ll send an owl once he finds out more.
Next, you’ll meet Sebastian in the Undercroft, and he’ll say that Anne has decided not to turn him in. You’ll reassure him and support him in his endeavor to make amends. In the end, Sebastian will thank you and Ominis for standing with him and will be grateful for your friendship.
