The Morrow Sanatorium in Morrow Parish is where you can find the Doctor’s Safe. The safe is in the room behind the reception area on the main level, which also serves as the head doctor’s office. The safe is near the fireplace to the right of the desk.

Finding the doctor’s safe code is straightforward. Exit the doctor’s office and turn right down the corridor. Take a left at the end to reach the basement of the sanatorium. Continue to the last door on the left after passing the spiderwebs in the basement. You can interact with the deranged doctor held here.
